Marc Richter may be best known as head honcho of Hamburg-based Dekorder Records, but since 2007 he's run a parallel campaign as the dark ambient project Black to Comm . Closer in spirit to experimental figures of yesterday like Moondog and Bernard Herrmann than current artists, Richter seems dead set on completely disorienting our frame of reference.
