Swedish indie pop sensation El Perro Del Mar's new album Love Is Not Pop , which was released in the US by The Control Group on October 20th, has gotten a pretty positive response from the music critic community (Redefine gave it A-). And for good reason, Love Is Not Pop proved she can be consistent and create perfectly crafted pop music without being generic or repetitive.
