Who would've thought that the first David Lynch film since 2006's nightmarish Inland Empire would be a film about Beatles guru Maharishi Mahesh Yogi ? Well, given Lynch's curious film career and more recent interest in Transcendental Meditation , it doesn't seem too crazy of a proposition.
