I got this sad email in my inbox yesterday about the Monolith Festival not being able to return next year, or at least it is on it's last leg. Unfortunately I only got to go to this great festival once, this year, and wondered to myself why I hadn't gone every year. It is it's own unique festival, there is not another one like it, there is not another place like it, and they managed to have great bands and great performances every year.
