Liborio Molina, the Black Eyed Peas manager, has had all charges against him dropped for allegedly punching blogger Perez Hilton in the face this summer . Molina agreed to write a letter of apology to Hilton, agreed to not contact him, and can't carry weapons for 12 months as part of the agreement.
