MUSIC NEWS - RIVERS CUOMO , lead singer of alt rockers, Weezer was injured in a Sunday morning tour bus crash on the New York State Thruway. The bus skidded on ice, struck a guide rail and slid into a ditch, police said. Cuomo and a band assistant, Ms Sarah Kim , were taken to an area hospital (St. Mary's Hospital in Amsterdam, NY) following the accident in upstate New York, near the town of Glen (approx 40 miles west of Albany).
