MUSIC NEWS - One of our fave alt-rockers, 311 , have announced a winter 2010 tour of the West Coast to promote their summer 2009 album, "Uplifter".  The newly annouced dates start up on Februaryr 23 in Santa Cruz, CA then two more California show. The tour includew The Wailers as opening act on five of the concerts (2/25-3/2), wraps up with a special " 311 Day " show (3/11/09) at Las Vegas' Mandalay Bay. (full itinerary below).
