In the video, Michael buys some drugs and trips out in the middle of an empty parking lot and wanders around in other peoples property. Somehow everything is all right when he hugs some strange guy in shades with a white cape on. Do the studs on the white cape symbolize something? The video seems to zoom into it a lot.
