We started the Decade No One Can Sufficiently Name (aughts, noughties, whatever -- all of them suck unequivocally) with a hotly disputed election whose winner wasn't announced until later than made sense. So, we at Prefix decided to end the decade in kind. But unlike Bush vs. Gore, the Prefix election to determine who put out the best album of 2009 didn't involve ballot stuffing and sketchy recount practices. Well, maybe it did.
