The Radio Dept. promise new record for March. Seriously. They mean it. MySpace It's not the firm, 100% release date that you'd want to see before getting excited, but this update from The Radio Dept. declaring that their third record Clinging To A Scheme - constantly rescheduled and delayed since September 2008 - will be available on CD and LP via Labrador in March is the most official thing we've seen yet.
