Leeds dance-punk quartet Hadouken! ( Street Fighter speak for "wave motion fist") strikes back with a second album of hard-driving, grime-inspired, Saturday morning cartoon crazed rave music. "Turn The Lights Out" introduces the album's central theme with a nasty guitar riff and an equally nasty garage bassline to head bang and jack to simultaneously, and from there things never let up.
