Mount Righteous: "Sing to Me, Tiffany" Got a penchant for big, bombastic bands. I like some Anathallo, Sufjan, Architecture in Helsinki, etc. Grapevine, TX's Mount Righteous is of those ilks, except not as electrically plugged in and a little gaudier with their cheese and optimism. Really reminded me of early Anathallo, but now they've gone mostly mopey whereas Mount Righteous keeps the big bass drum, tuba and trumpet rocking all the time. Good interview w/ Splice Mag .
