Filed under: News , New Music MGMT are set to release their second album, 'Congratulations,' on April 13, with a few special guests, Spin reports. The record features Royal Trux's Jennifer Herrena helping out on vocals, Spaceman 3 principle Sonic Boom producing and the group's live band contributing as well. They also tapped 'Oracular Spectacular' producer Dave Fridmann for mixing duties and spent time recording in upstate New York, Brooklyn and Malibu.
