Along with Joan Baez , the Blind Boys of Alabama and others, Bob Dylan performed at the White House last in a special concert called A Celebration of Music from the Civil Rights Movement. It's the sort of event I can imagine President Bartlet getting very excited about in The West Wing . Bob sang just one song, The Times They Are A-Changin'.
