Tinie Tempah , 21-year old rapper from London, is getting a fair bit of radio play with his latest single Pass Out , especially on Radio 1 after Zane Lowe declared it the 'Hottest Record in the World' in his usual over-enthusiastic manner. It is a damn good tune though. Debut album The Disc-Overy is due out in July
