Blog: The Panic Manual

In November we ran a series of comedy previews and reviews for the Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival . Well, the festival was a hit and the winners were chosen. The best sketch troups at the 2009 festival were Haircut, Last Call Cleveland and Accidental Company , none of which were reviewed or previewed by us here at the Panic Manual.
