David Cook will be performing on "American Idol" (FOX, 8pm CST) tonight. Watch Cook's interview with EW's Michael Slezak Cook is currently working on his sophomore album, which is expected to be released later this year. Cook has stated that he is writing with Raine Maida, Chantal Kreviazuk, John Rzeznik, Brian Howes, Tommy Henriksen, Savan Kotecha and Andrew Frampton. His self-titled debut sold more than 1.3 million copies.
