Bonobo (aka Simon Green) returns with his fourth album entitled " Black Sands ". Available on the Ninja Tunes label from the 29th of March it's possibly his finest work to date - and an album I've had on heavy rotation the last few weeks. Featuring a wealth of real instruments (not heard all that often in dance music as a rule......unfortunately) the album spans genre's - from dub two step, to hip hop, to breakbeat - and features chopped up vocal samples, lush strings, and sub bass.
