During the all of the SXSW madness last week the people behind Austin Psych Fest 3 announced the initial lineup for the third annual festival. Last year's Psych Fest took place at The Radio Room and featured the likes of A Place to Bury Strangers, Dead Meadow, The Warlocks and Wooden Shjips.
