On this week's No Reservations, Anthony Bourdain decided to stay home and instead brought together some of his famous culinary friends (Thomas Keller, Jacques Pepin, Dave Pasternak and Laurent Tourondel, natch) to teach some basic culinary techniques, including: saucing pasta, de-boning a chicken (offered as a non-embed-able video preview ), cooking lobster, making hamburgers and slicing an onion.
