The singer-songwriter-guitarist mastermind behind (in front of?) Visqueen is named Rachel Flotard and the most important thing to know about her is that she is a rock star by nature. From listening to Visqueen’s most recent album, Message to Garcia , I knew that Flotard’s songwriting, guitar playing and tremendous pipes are responsible for making the power pop band as fun as they are.
