After leaks in both Rolling Stone and Spin this weekend, the folks behind the Outside Lands Festival announced the initial lineup for year three of the Outside Lands Festival. Headlining a pack of 42 announced artists were Kings of Leon , Further (featuring the Grateful Dead 's Phil Lesh and Bob Weir ), Phoenix , My Morning Jacket and Al Green .
