" The Year of the How-To Book " is Eagle*Seagull 's long delayed second album, after their self-titled debut was released way back in 2006: a 4 year gap (2006-2010)! The album was actually recorded in 2007/2008, but delayed due to record label conflicts. It was well worth the wait. Easily, the best song is, "You're the Reason Why I'm Afraid To Die".
