MUSIC NEWS - Neil Young has announce his new album; Le Noise , will be out on September 28 via Warner Bros Records. Young recorded the new set without a band in a Los Angeles, CA mansion with top producer Daniel Lanois (U2, Bob Dylan). “ Le Noise is complete,” Young wrote on his Facebook page. “It is a solo record.
