This time I'll give you my picks for The Pyramid Rock Festival , which is held down at Phillip Island (VIC) about an hour or so from Melbourne, held from December 30 th - January 1st. I suppose this is your alternative festival for NYE if you're not into Falls or if you've recovered from the Merideth Music Festival .
