
I first became exposed to Moby after he released Play in 1999. One of the DJs on WFNX, our local Alt-Rock station, played "Bodyrock" and made some comments afterwards. I didn't think much of "Bodyrock" when I first heard it, but I took to heart the DJ's comments. I don't recall what they were word for word, but it was something to the effect that Play was the CD of the year hands down. I thought "Bodyrock" had a lot of similarities to The Chemical Brothers' "Block Rockin' Beats," another tune I came to like much more after they stopped playing on [...]
