The punk cabaret that are The Dresden Dolls - Amanda Palmer and Brian Viglione - are coming back after a three-year hiatus for a reunion tour that starts on their 10th anniversary. Their first show will take place on Halloween night, October 31st, at New York City's Irving Plaza. Oct. 31 in 2000 is their first time these two met.
