Toronto - After what appeared to be a marathon worthy of an Oscar broadcast, the Polaris Prize was finally announced and the winner was.. Karkwa , for the album Les chemins de verre , which I think translates to The Green Dog in English. I think the band plays in French, so I don't know anything about them.
