http://www.facebook.com/lapsen oise I found this last night in my "To listen folder" which actually is just a mental checklist.  Lapse  is an extremely heavy powerviolence band from the Baltimore/DC are and  has some excellent down tuned, sludgy riffs and some slow, driving drums that make you smash the shit outta what ever surface is around.
