We have a different Frankie ( Frankie & The Heartstrings ) to talk about today. Frankie Rose the former member of Vivian Girls, Crystal Stilts & Dum Dum Girls , (that's a decent CV in terms of hot lo-fi girl bands, Crystal Stilts aren't too bad neither) has put down the drum sticks, hit the guitar and vocals and duly formed Frankie Rose & The Outs.
