I never like to pass up an opportunity to see Alex Bleeker & The Freaks.  There's a bit of Real Estate soft, billowy sensibility in there, of course, but also that 70s classic rock edge that keeps the songs moving in their own way.  I recently saw War on Drugs at Rock Shop, too, and I still stand by what I wrote about them then: "Their new EP has been generating some buzz online, so there was a nice crowd for a Tuesday there to see them.  They’re very, very good at building up an exciting background of acid/psych guitars [...]
