Saddle Creek just released the first track by Conor Oberst from Bright Eyes’ forthcoming album, The People’s Key . This is the first (and last) album released under the moniker, Bright eyes. Though it’s drastically different from all his previous albums, it’s certainly uplifting, emphatic, and carries the same harmonious introspections of a sadly depressed artist with tigerlip lyrics and an ironic band name.
