Chicago's suburbanite punk-poppers Smoking Popes have announced their new album, This is Only a Test , which is set for release on Tuesday, March 15. This is Only a Test is the band's first ever concept album, which, according to the press release, follows the life of a fictional high school student and explores "themes of identity, musical aspirations, love and teen suicide."
