There were girls jumping up and down, balls flying, and beer spewing.  And that was just the first band.  Newcomers Best Coast and Wavves have teamed up on the tour, "Summer is Forever".  Filling an almost sold out crowd at the 9:30 Club in our nation’s capital, the two bands brought the noise and the beach balls that made us yearn for the summer.
