For  certain Coachella fans who were guessing and/or hoping drummer Nathan Followill’s surgery would lead to a cancellation and replacement headliner, this news is a bit of a bore. According to a press release, the surgery on Followill’s torn right labrum and bicep will not affect Kings of Leon's gig headlining Friday night at Coachella. Speculation arose after Kings of Leon postponed their Australia and South Africa dates until this fall, without mention of Coachella or the summer European tour.
