The Clifton Heights Music Festival has been a quietly growing event in Cincinnati now for years. So, it's no surprise to see them trot out their best lineup yet this year, which is their fourth festival. For those unfamiliar, CHMS is a small but intimate city fest that takes place in the Clifton area.
