I'm sometimes amazed at the music that I hear. Scrabbling through the inbox you can be presented with bands that have been around for years touting their latest EP, download or YouTube vid.  They seem to keep plugging but never get anywhere and when you listen to them you realise why - they sound like they only started playing their instruments last week.
