It's almost sad that reviewers will lump Dawn Golden and Rosy Cross ' debut Blow EP into a genre coined by the incoherent satirical ramblings of Carles . Nonetheless  chill wave is as a good a word as any to describe such a beautiful amalgamation of sounds and textures.
