
The Circle of Life: The World/InfernoFriendship Society In the early 1994, New Brunswick, NJ band Sticks and Stones collapsed. Front man Pete Ventantonio moved to New York and transformed into the anarchy praising, noir styling, soliloquy spouting Jack Terricloth. Shortly thereafter, Terricloth created the World/Inferno Friendship Society . A punk band unlike any other, World/Inferno mixed the power chord with the horn line, combining punk with cabaret music, borrowing from equal parts Darby Crash and Tommy Dorsey.
