Blog: Hand Clap Movement

The blogosphere has been waiting for new Washed Out material for a while now. Since exploding onto the scene last year, we have been eagerly awaiting his debut record with Sub Pop. The album, Within and Withou t, is now set to be July 12th, and today, we have our first taste of it. “Eyes Be Closed”, the album’s opener, showcases the more crisp vocals of Ernest Greene. As the vocals are more audible, the music is still as dreamy and chill as ever.
