Danny Provencher is a 'bright' lad (pun intended) to say the least, or at least we can surmize that from his first album under the moniker Under Electric Light .  Provencher did something we have not seen in quite some time, in fact, we're so tuned-in to his first album Waiting For The Rain To Fall , that we're already anticipating his next album.
