Opening with a cover of Arthur Russell’s ‘A Little Lost’ is still a statement of originality in the hands of the talented Mr Baldwin. Having worked extensively with the Dirty Projectors (as their bassist), and mixed it up with free-jazz man Anthony Braxton, it is obvious the New Hampshire musician has an experimental way of thinking when it comes to music.
