Arriving in Brighton for my first Great Escape experience, the city was alive with fans and delegates alike walking from street to street, venue to venue. Marketed by some as Britain's answer to SXSW , The Great Escape promised to provide a weekend packed with exciting bands and copious amounts of over priced lager.
