Merge Records is going to be releasing a deluxe edition of Arcade Fire's third LP The Suburbs in early August. The deluxe edition will feature the original album with a longer version of "Wasted Hours" in addition to two completely new songs that were recorded during the sessions for the album, "Culture War" and "Speaking In Tongues" which features an appearance by David Byrne on vocals.
