Not to be confused with the late-1990s Swedish pop group, Friends is a Brooklyn-based quartet that has only been around for a few months.  These guys are so new they don't even have a Wikipedia page (the horror!).  The band was just recently signed to Lucky Number Music and shot a video for "Friend Crush," its first single originally released back in March. I think I dig this a lot. The video is directed by Matthew Caron and featured lots of hazy close-ups of lead singer Samantha Urbani. [...]
