Video: Björk - “Crystalline” (Directed by Michel Gondry) The result of what was once dubbed a “scientific musical” by Björk with longtime collaborator/auteur Michel Gondry has finally hit the web: “Crystalline,” the first single off the Icelandic singer’s new album, Biophilia , now has a brilliant Gondry-directed video, featuring colorful stop-motion animation with projections of Björk singing on a moon and dancing in a bubble on another planet. Not surprisingly, this is one of the best music videos I’ve seen this year.
