Lil Wayne was the first performer announced for the upcoming 2011 MTV VMAs , so it makes sense his promo for the awards show would be the first to drop. In the clip, Weezy throws one kick-ass party, snags a couple more tattoos to add to his collection, hits the decks for a DJ sesh, and smashes a guitar like he's Pete Townshend.
