The Decemberists are back with a video for “The Calamity Song” , one of my favorite songs off last winter’s The King Is Dead . The video was inspired by frontman Colin Meloy’s reading of Infinite Jest — basically an epic about North America becoming one dystopian society a la Brave New World and 1984 .
