  Rock the Bells , the annual, traveling hip-hop festival, has entered its eighth year. Following up a lauded 2010 series that boasted Snoop Dogg performing  Doggystyle  and A Tribe Called Quest reuniting for  Midnight Marauders , among others, this year's four-city, month-long concert series takes that concept a step further.
