Tweet Today Twin Shadow had a new track of theirs/his called "Changes" played on KCRW and shortly thereafter was released out into the wild wild web. It's his take on a track by 80s band Bagarre called "Circus Is Gone" and is actually one of the best tracks of his that I've heard since his excellent album last year "Forget".  You can grab it out below as a free download.
